The Oriental Pearl TV Tower is located at No.1 Century Avenue, Lujiazui, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, on the banks of the Huangpu River, backed by a cluster of modern buildings in the Lujiazui area, and the Bund, which is across the river, and the Bund, the world's leading architectural exposition complex. The tower is one of Shanghai's landmark buildings that integrates urban sightseeing, fashionable dining, shopping and entertainment, historical display, Pujiang River tour, convention and exhibition performances, and radio and television transmission. As of 2019, the Oriental Pearl Tower is the sixth tallest tower in Asia and the ninth tallest in the world, reaching a total height of 468 meters.
